R-Urban is a strategy of local resilience based on a network of civic hubs in which inhabitants of suburban neighbourhoods can develop resilience practices and create locally closed ecological circuits. The strategy supports collective governance around environmental, economical and social values. Five such hubs have been built since 2011 in the Parisian Region (in Colombes, Nanterre, Gennevilliers and Nanterre) and two hubs in London (Hackney Wick and Poplar).
