In order to overcome the current crises (climate, resources, economic and financial, demographic), we must, as Andre Gorz says, 'produce what we consume and consume what we produce'. Based on this principle, R-URBAN proposes the creation of a series of ecological and civic facilities using urban and rural lands in a reversible way. The establishment of these facilities promotes the development of local networks, short ecological, economic and social circuits and the transmission of collaborative and solidarity-based practices (urban agriculture, composting, recycling, etc.). Thus, through the development of ecological practices and solidarity networks, the inhabitants become involved in a daily and active way and modify their lifestyles, habitat and work in a sustainable way for a new balance between production and consumption
